Company Overview
Zhongyuan Steel began in the 1990s in Anyang, Henan, as a steel-rolling and special-section steel business. Anyang Zhongyuan Steel Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1999.
Based in Anyang, the group's main products are hot-rolled wheel-rim steel, track-shoe steel for construction vehicles, special-shaped bus tubes and bus-frame steel tubes, and steel wheels for buses, trucks and construction vehicles — 4 series, 110 catalogue models, produced under IATF 16949. The mills also roll hot-rolled products and process high-strength steel. Domestic customers include Yutong, Foton, BYD, Geely, King Long, Ankai, Zhongtong, ZX Auto, SAIC, CIMC, CRRC, China Railway Materials and Chinalco, along with tractor and excavator manufacturers.
The group has held its own goods import & export rights since June 2025. Export orders are handled directly by the Anyang head office.
Three Production Bases
Anyang Headquarters
Headquarters base (Tiexi Road, Long'an District): bus-frame steel-tube lines and machining workshops.
Tangyin Base
New steel-wheel plant — Phase I commissioned September–December 2025 — which also handles railway rolling-stock fittings and logistics. Nearly 800 mu (about 53 hectares), with a dedicated rail spur for outbound shipment.
